- Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.- Review production schedules, Engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.- Draft and design layout of equipments, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.- Communicate with top management and production managers to develop production and design standards.- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, tool, and equipment lists.
