Sales Job Description:• Conducting sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities by introducing our services• Sending our company presentation that shows our vision and our partners of success to the clients and samples of our products if requested.• Monitoring clients’ satisfaction about the requested samples. • Following up with the clients if they have any concerns regarding the agreements till signing the contracts• Following up with the client after they receive their orders if they have any complains.• Following up with our active / in active clients Collections Specialist Job Description:• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments. • Resolve client problems and all short payments. • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

• Record all Journal Entries (expenses and revenues).• Follow up customers `accounts.• Follow up and controlling cash flow account ,banking account • Ensure veracity of trial balance.• Responsible for recording entries, suppliers.• Prepare monthly finance reports and fixed assets depreciation• Help in preparing the balance sheet and Income statement.

• Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers` requirements and guidance for each department • Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production. • Involvement in production development and sampling stages and take care of quality aspects of samples • Ensure that no faulty fabric is sent for cutting • Responsible for analysis quality reports and prepare improvement plan
