Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Develop and implement business processes for the Operation department• Prepare and update documents for a business unit, including organizational structure, job analysis, SOP, workflow, and other documents• Conveying policies/programs from the People Department to business units• Receive consistent and regular feedback regarding organizational and human processes from business unit leaders and members regularly to determine future policies/programs• Ensure that the process of preparing department/position goals runs well• Ensure that all organizational members' performance is measured against goals• Organizing one-on-one sessions every quarter
