The Department of Jobs, Precincts, and Regions (DJPR) established the Jobs Victoria and Working for Victoria programs to create jobs and connect Victorians to employment pathways to offset rising unemployment. • Partnered with the Executive team to develop clear strategic plans and build bottom-up program budgets for two new strategic initiatives valuing $87.5M and $619.M:− Developed agile operating models and workforce plans, enabling rapid scale-up to 160 FTEs− Contributed to the exponential growth of Jobs Victoria as a revenue-generating entity, leading to the program being established as a BAU division within DJPR• Developed and led a motivated team of Finance, Procurement, and HR professional cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service and actively building capability to position Finance & HR as trusted business partners to cross-functional teams:• Worked collaboratively with DJPR Corporate functions to leverage shared services and align business planning, budgeting, and reporting frameworks, and funding requests with State government cycles• Delivered high-quality reporting and analytics to stakeholders across the organisation, actively building financial literacy and facilitating data-driven decision-making at all levels• Provided commercial analytics and expert technical advice to optimise Procurement decisions and negotiations and drive continuous improvement in value for money from contract partners and suppliers

MTIA is responsible for overseeing the State’s transport infrastructure programs including the NorthEast Link Project (NELP), Level Crossing Removal, Metro Tunnel, Major Roads Project Victoria, and Western Distributor. • Developed, managed, and maintained the reporting framework for Rail Project Victoria (RPV)’s $11BN Metro Tunnel project and for VIC’s largest infrastructure project - the $15.87BN NorthEast Link Project (NELP):− Delivered critical analysis and consulted actively with cross-functional leaders to design and develop the reporting program and structure, approved by the NELP leadership team− Embedded streamlined monthly Management and Board reporting processes to deliver insightful analytics across 14 multidisciplinary teams and 6 work packages • Embedded good governance across the organisation, leading the development of the NELP Corporate Plan in line with the project lifecycle, mapping strategic goals, milestones, and success measures:− Authored high-quality cabinet submissions and parliamentary briefings on project progress and risks, engaging actively with governance committees to collate insights• Nurtured positive and productive partnerships with multiple government agencies and delivery partners and represented MTIA at media events and Public Accounts and Estimates Committee Hearings
