Job Experience• I have worked at Youngone Sports Shoes Industries Ltd as a Inspection Leader Duration: August 2006 to November 2009. • I have worked at Youngone Sports Shoes Industries Ltd. as a Team Leader. I had done there all kinds of inline & pre-Final inspection. Duration: December 2009 to August 2010. • I have worked at Youngone Sports Shoes Industries Ltd . as a Section Leader. During this term I have worked at the Production Development as a QC in-charge. I had done there all kinds of Sample checking & find out the problems & solutions according to buyers requirements.I also have worked for Safety Boot (Brand: MARKS) as a QC Section Leader from January 2012 to March 2015 Duration of Section Leader: Aug 2010 to March 2015.Job Responsibilities•To Follow Internal Quality Audit & closely working with the Audit Team. •To ship an order on time with acceptable quality, follow up production & closely working with the factory’s production team. •To support R&D. In this connection I had to conduct Pattern/Marker checking, Reviewing the size set samples, Approving bulk cutting Production,•Production Trial meeting with production related key personnel about defect & Process analysis, •Production planning to achieve lead time of the order, following up bulk production & reporting , •Ensure production quality by fixing each process of different model with each section to ensure all production line process charts as per each style.•To check all equipment/tooling to follow production, Inspection according to Buyer standard.•To follow up embroidery & printing closely,•I’m conducting here inline & pre-final inspections as per factory AQL & reporting to higher management regarding quality.•To Make a corrective action Plan by finding & fixing the root cause of each quality issue with MCD/STORE/Cutting/Stitching/A&F.
