I have over 16 years of experience, working in multiple roles across Commercial in B2B as well as B2C areas of business as well as Fintech, where I was part of the founding Mobile Financial Services team in Pakistan. I have successfully delivered on strategizing and executing multiple initiatives to solve business problems and drive customer and topline growth. During my stay at Telenor, I represented his organization at various Group forums internationally as well. I have also been part of numerous trainings and workshops focused on Strategy, Tech transformation, People development and Leadership. Besides the Corporate landscape, I have been engaged in the start-up arena since 2017 leading up to the Management Consultancy role at Daftarkhwan, a pioneer in Co-Working & Hosting sector in Pakistan. Lately, my disciplinary focus has been on Growth Strategy, Business Model innovation and Leadership. My varied experience gives me key insight in wide-ranging aspects of business and corporate culture.I am currently also the CEO and Lead Consultant at The Hindsights Co. – a Training & Consultancy venture, that I recently founded. Through this outfit, backed with diverse and global expertise, we aim to offer enriched Learning services and Consulting expertise in varied areas to Professionals, Startups and Businesses, thus creating value to help them grow and achieve success. I hold Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from U.E.T., Lahore and MBA from LUMS before completing Executive program in Project Management from George Washington University – School of Business and then Strategy Execution Program covering Strategy, Innovation and Collaboration from INSEAD.
