• Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advices after checking contract documents/conditions• Handle the portfolio allocated and deliver transactions within TAT/ accuracy metrics and execute timely follow ups• Proactively manage claims including indexation of claim within the timelines defined• Maintain accuracy and quality parameters as defined by the process• Follow up on pending documents in accordance to the defined process using the escalation matrix• Understanding reinsurance treaties and technical clauses, collaborate across teams, functions and regions and support the requirements of internal clients• Authorizing claims for all lines of business within a set authority limit.• Ensuring that all correspondence with clients professionally and adhering to process guidelines and norms. • Analyze credit insurance / reinsurance claims validity and the claims for structured policies• Coordination with internal accounting department, external auditors, external regulators and actuarial team for provision / reserve book keeping and compliance of Solvency II Directive• Reconciliation of cash flow (claim payment and recoveries) with insurance / reinsurance partner• Monitor the reserve changes• Estimate final loss• Identify operational risk from the internal insurance procedures through the claim assessment

• To coordinate and conduct assessment on companies with significant exposure, using internally-developed model• Review and update the risk portfolio database• International intra-company communication and work-flow coordination• Ad-hoc project such as industrial research and related analysis• Credit Exposure Monitoring: ensure transaction and collateral security remains within approval guidelines; documentation, covenant and financial compliance.• Maintaining portfolio of high quality risk via timely portfolio reviews; identifies potentially deteriorating risk situations, recommends remediation to ensure safety.• Actively support internal risk management process through credit exposure calculation on structured derivative products across all the market/asset classes• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Credit Risk databases to provide data and analytical support to Senior Management• Provide oversight to the line of business and its risk controls ensuring consistency and compliance with risk management framework and policies

• Managing a €10 Million credit portfolio for the Indian companies specializing in credit risk and insurance.• Identifying and measuring risk faced and calculating credit risk, making decision on the applications and preventing loss by evaluating credit risk.• Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.• Generate financial ratios using computer programs, to evaluate customers’ financial status.• Perform credit risk assessments of new customers.• Review individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for Collection. Compare liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of establishments being evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industry and geographic location.• The main responsibility is to act according to the market situation we will have to keep our self updated about the latest news in the field of lending, so that we can take timely precautions to minimize the damage.
