Support HR Team for recruitment cycle like searching from portal (Naukri). Handling end to end recruitment cycle. Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, joining formalities etc. Issuing Acceptance of Offer Letter, Completion of Joining formalities and finally issue of Appointment Letter after completion of the necessary formalities Maintaining MIS like staff list, insurance policy list, internal database management. Client handling, careful analysis of the client’s requirements and understanding the requirements before proceedings. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, References & Databases. Screening the profiles as per client's requirements. Filtering, Conducting Telephonic interviews and face to face Interview. Scheduling Interviews of short-listed candidates at Client's place. Handling, following up the requirements from the clients i.e. from the screening, sourcing to the interview and joining stage. Negotiation with short listed employees regarding salary and notice period Follow-ups with short listed employees for completion of documents.
