Training and Onboarding:Conduct training sessions for new claims partners, ensuring they understand processes, policies, and technical aspects.Facilitate ongoing learning opportunities to enhance the teams expertise.Design and prepare training curriculum on ongoing basis to provide the requisite training aids to the team associates.Deliver refresher training modules to identified set of associates basis training needs assessment as identified through quality audits.Work with Operations and Quality leaders in ensuring reduction in errors and productivity enhancements on a ongoing basis.- Experience of conducting skills assessments and training needs analysis, technically sound and should have worked on Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Strong relationship management skills (including the ability to persuade and be an advocate) with good influencing / convincing capability and personal credibility to establish effective working relationships within the organization- Confident, articulate, clear communication skills (verbal and written) with strong facilitation and presentation skills. Proficient in English, Hindi language.- Able to motivate training groups and training program attendees, as well as individuals. Should be good at public speaking and handle large groups.- Ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and ensure deadlines are met even under pressure.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, should be able to execute in-person and virtual sessions.
