- Optimised forecasting procurement of different scrap compositions using historical data analysis of raw material consumption for the last 10 years - Created an automated excel dashboard for the company’s supply chain department.- Worked in a team to analyse delays, provided recommendations to the company to improve lag time, and received encouraging remarks from the CEO.

- Composed recipes and conditions for rubber compounding and mastification operations to achieve desired rubber properties.- Synthesised NBR/PVC Blend with better fuel-resistant properties, improving self-healing properties variation % in hardness and tensile strength to less than 30%.- Explored and documented relationships between processing-structure properties in elastomer polymer compounds.

As the Talent Acquisition intern at Vyro, I had the opportunity to- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment process for all required positions- Including writing job descriptions, - Advertising for several job openings in various university outreach offices, - identifying & reaching out to suitable candidates on Linkedin, In addition to this, I have had the pleasure of coming up with and implementing new strategies for sourcing Talent through Linkedin. This included:- Revamping how Talent was being reached out to on Linkedin,- Optimizing Talent search via using boolean input- Adopting personalized inMail strategy, rather than bulk texting- Creating inferences from data analytics of which inMail/Emails work and make people respond- Record keeping and data accumulation of all Talent Acquisition/Sourcing

During my term, I was awarded 2 National Awards for conducting the Best Recruitment Nationwide and Excellence in Internal Engagement of AIESEC member body. My responsibilities & initiatives were as follows:- Creating sustainable HRM systems for the local office of AIESEC in Pakistan- Introducing competency-based recruitment for AIESEC in NUST, including group stages and group interviews- Engagement of Talent through the internal webpage for AIESEC in NUST- Bootcamps for training recruiters- Performance Evaluation and Tracking of Team Leader & Team Members- Tracking member's growth in the organization through a Personal Development Plan for each member- Tracking teams' progression throughout all four quarters in my term- Capacity Building Sessions for Members and Team Leaders to guide them in Team forming and building activities- Implementing the 70-20-10 model for experiential learning.

- Synthesised MoS2 thin films using the CVD technique as electrode material in Li-ion batteries as clean and efficient energy storage material.- Synthesis of thin films using techniques such: Chemical Vapour Deposition & Ion-Sputtering (DC & RF), delivering tangible, early-stage proofs-of-concept • Familiarised with analysing results from sample characterisation, including SEM and XRD.- Worked for sample preparation, patterning & etching in a clean room using photolithography techniques.
