This position is a hands-on role to oversee the companies fast pacedproduction processes with accountability for all the line output daily efficiency & line problem• Calculating daily lines OEE & Efficiency• Monitoring the line OEE & Eff• Problem escalate to maintenance• Planning production shifts & man power based on production plan• Monitoring lines wastages on daily basis• Submitting monthly reports (Yields, Stock Count, RFT report & monthly volumes report• Handling the production lines; • Handling the shift manpower & Execute the production plan task in daily basis• Assurance of the quality of all FG's• Maintaining safe & hygiene work environment.• Adhering to GMP & 5S standards

Sidel Matrix Combi Machine(Filling + blow Molding), Cap Feeder Machine, Operational and start-up team member of National Dairy (AL Ain) Abu Dhabi greenfield project.Major job Responsibilities• Erection and commissioning of Sidel Combi bow Matrix Machine, Pressco Cap feeder.• To operate and maintain Combi Blow Moulding, filling , cap feeder machine.• To do changeover of machine for each SKU (0.25, 0.34,0.5,1,1.5 and 1.75lt).• To control the Process of Blow MouldingMachine (Heating, stretching, preblow, blowing, re covery, exhaust & compensation).• To control the CIP (03step, 05step, & 7step) and COP (3step and 07step) system of Filler.• To troubleshoot and solve the technical faults that occurs during production.• To do daily analysis of empty blowing Bottles (weight, neck dia,shoulder dia,label pannel dia, under labelpannel and base dia and thickness, Base clearance, and top load).• To do daily analysis of final filled product (PH of CIP water, Brix of product, and FAT)• To do all types of maintenances (preventive, corrective and planned)• To do every kind of adjustments and maintenance required.• To do CIL (cleaning, inspection and lubrication).Skills: Food Industry • Preventive Maintenance
