Working as General Manager of Sales and Marketing department and in addition handling technical operation, customer care, post paid billing department etc. and supervising around 120 human resources both technical and non technical segments. As GM of S&M my responsibilities are as follows:Responsible for overall sales and marketing of Dhaka Phone.

• Worked as Deputy General Manager in Huawei Service Business Department and as service Account Manager (SAM) for CityCell and Dhaka Phone account. Before service department I worked as Head of PMD (Project Management.
• Department’s total service sales, service maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, service product development, service branding etc.
• Prepare service sales plan, assign target for all the service account managers in every quarter and monitor them to achieve individual as well as total department’s sales target.
• Motivating employee to achievement, employees HR issue etc.
• Preparing all the service managers’ PBC (Personal Business Commitment) report and fix up KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on quarterly basis and review the same at the end of every quarter to grade the manages.
• Arranging service products workshop, road show, brand promotion activities etc to introduce HUAWEI service/products to the target customer segments (Telecom operators).

• Worked with HUAWEI as a Project Manager in the BTTB GSM Turn Key project (TeleTalk). The total value of the project was around 35 Million USD, which includes 2 MSC, 5 BSC, 272 BTS, IN, and Post Paid Billing etc. As a.
• Manage BTTB GSM Turn Key Project implemented by a group of project members including local and Chinese Engineers as per HUAWEI project management rules and regulations.
• Understand total BOQ and contract to prepare new Project Implementation Plan (PIP) for the said project.
• Managing project cost, schedule, quality and also looks after customer satisfaction about the project.
• Managing local and foreign sub-contractors who were involved in the project according to the sub-contracting agreement with HUAWEI.
• Managing system or equipment integration with other vendor (Like SIEMENS) as per customer requirements.
