ERP Specialist supporting a NetSuite ERP implementation for Plasson’s 13 subsidiaries abroad. The Implementation spans the Finance, Logistics (WMS) and CRM Modules, BI reporting, Integrations to DHL and Customer systems (EDIs) and Data migration. Functional implementation consultant for a global rollout of a self-developed ITSM (IT Service management) system based on Dynamics 365 CE. The project focused on consolidating business processes across Prodware’s many Business units, and implementing a Support ticketing system with minimal disruption of current processes. The scope included Customer portal, Support Console, BI reporting, Integrations to Navision and AX, Integrations with Customer systems (Kaseya, Service Now) and data migration. Due to the Covid-19 situation and personnel changes, I took on responsibilities around project management and managed a team spread across Georgia, Czech Republic, Spain and Israel.The system has been successfully rolled out in France, Israel, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Czech Republic, Georgia and Germany. Most work was done remotely, with monthly on-site customer visits.

Functional implementation consultant and Business analyst, specializing in Oracle Service Cloud (Right Now CRM) for higher education institutions. Rollouts include Customer Portals, Student management system integration, Enquiry management and Knowledge base management for clients all over Australia.

Joined Comverse as a senior systems analyst, bringing a fresh perspective and years of experience to an established team. Initiated changes to software development lifecycle, adding standardized project management protocols, cost benefit analysis and documentation procedures. Took ownership over the RFP process for upgrading Oracle EBS (Teleservice Module). Towards the end of my first year the company underwent extreme organizational changes, outsourcing its core business unit and selling the other to Amdocs. I was involved in both projects, at one point having four competing companies working alongside each other on the same service platform. The segregation project was an enormous success, and all goals were achieved ahead of target with full compliance to harsh regulatory restrictions and business requirements. Key Accomplishments:• Managing an RFP for an Oracle R12 Upgrade / Re-implementation.• Managing an RFP for cloud-based CRM and ITSM systems (switching from Oracle, .NET and BMC Remedy to a Service Now Cloud Platform).• Managing change requests from requirements phase to deployment and post live support – all projects were delivered on schedule and within budget to client’s full satisfaction.• Supporting Customer service applications (Customer portal, Outage management, On-call shift management, Biztalk and ESB interfaces, Oracle Teleservice Module and Remote Connectivity).• Project management for several integration projects, between Oracle EBS and vendor software (FEDEX, MS Fast, Cisco) using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

Started at BeyondIT, a boutique IT consulting firm that was bought by Israel’s largest IT Vendor, Matrix, during 2011. My first role was leading ERP Navision implementations at Pointer Telocation sites in South America. Three rollouts were carried out ahead of schedule to complete customer satisfaction. My next assignment was at VISA, managing the QA team for a Siebel UCM project. After that I was a CRM and Billing analyst at Orange, upgrading a Peoplesoft based system to Siebel including data betterment processes, standardization and conformity to regulations while optimizing customer-facing business processes.Key Accomplishments:• Pointer - Project management, liaising between Pointer Corporate HQ, its branches and the software vendor (Prodware, which recruited me in 2019). Detailed design, Data Migration, QA and Training with successful rollouts on three sites. • Orange – Building a .NET based platform for incoming requests by SMS, IVR or web, and scheduling outgoing calls and messages. Keeping CRM systems up to par with dynamic regulatory requirements and strict security protocols, working alongside legal and customer service departments.• Resource management for local / global projects and internal / vendor resources. Using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to minimize effort and costs while maintaining maximal flexibility and transparency.

I was In charge of marketing, process implementation and foreign operations.• In two years my team brought the company from a state of bankruptcy to being the third largest stock plan administrator in Israel. • Under my lead Meitav Benefits has tripled its foreign client base, mostly with companies traded on the NASDAQ. Among our notable clients contracted are Medtronic, Oracle, Starhome, Orbit technologies and many more. • I led the marketing and implementing processes with each of these clients and customized our services to their specific needs. • As a technological focal point, I was in charge of specifying, designing and implementing an online system that complies with the SAS 70 auditing standard. The CRM system provides online trading capabilities, back-office funds administration, knowledge base and archive features positioning it as the most advanced system of its kind in Israel, based on a .NET platform.

Among these were NICE Systems, Aladdin Knowledge Systems (Now Safenet), Jacada and Mizrachi Bank; I worked with the Corporate, Finance and HR (CXO levels).
