Analysing and optimizing LTE & Volte KPI’s such as RRC SR, ERAB stp SR, ERAB drop, X2 success rate,RACH stp SR, by using reports from Netact like RSLTE037, ESLTE035, RSLTE 001, RSLTE005 Reports.9.Using SON Tool for optimizing the network using the Modules Like 3G ANR, 3G SC-re use, 4G PRACH Planning, 4G ANR, 4G MLB Modules for optimizing the network and improving accessibility and retainablity kpi.10.Preparing PPT's as per corporate demand and discussing issues in network.
