He has found novel and quicker ways for some chemical reaction optimizations by analyzing the patterns very efficiently. Having guided many budding chemists, he has handled miscellaneous tasks in organic chemistry.He has more research capabilities and achieves target in a faster pace. He did Research and Development for the synthesis of oncology drugs which includes performing critical reactions in flow methodology, handling slurry reaction mixtures in continuous flow at high pressure and temperatures.
