• Maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports for the various stakeholders.
• Implement and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures

• Implement robust MIS reporting with monthly variance reporting to advise the management for any deviation against budget, standard practice, ethics etc. noted and to suggest measures to rectify the deviation and to.

• Responsible for both Palm District Cooling and Palm Utilities (PU is the holding company providing shared services).
• MIS and reporting.
• Budgets - Operating and Projects.
• Cost controls and budget monitoring.
• Treasury functions - Cash management / Collection process, working capital management etc.
• Cashflow management to ensure optimum utilisation of funds and resources.

Khartoum, Sudan

• Reporting to the General Manager of the Company.
• Accounting, Cashflow, Budgeting and Treasury functions.
• Liaison with Bankers, Auditors, Sales tax (VAT) and other local govt. authorities.
• Financial & Strategic planning, P&L management, Budget development & management and Cash flow management which includes submission of monthly MIS reports to president office at Dubai.
