• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations within the team and at the client end. • Identify and qualify hiring needs, work with recruiting teams in sourcing, and liaise between internal teams and the client regarding candidate status (interviews, feedback, offers, and starts). • Handle clients’ VMS platforms to manage job postings, interviews, rates, project durations, timesheets, onboarding, and offboarding items. • Coordinate with the internal operations team and the client to complete candidate onboarding in a timely manner. Assist Human Resources in consultant care and retention. • Develop, document, and execute account penetration strategies for assigned target accounts. • Expand business relationships and gain market share at our client by increasing headcount and revenue. • Effectively manage and track multiple bulk hiring projects and hiring initiatives. Work closely with the client to meet and exceed their vendor expectations and scorecard metrics. • Schedule and lead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly touchpoint calls to ensure client satisfaction. • Forecast and track key account metrics and preparation of account business plans for monthly governance reports, quarterly sales reviews, and annual performance. • Identify and close sales opportunities across multiple lines of business within the client organization and execute action plans to obtain additional business. • Develop and implement strategic solutions to support the achievement of sales goals for the team.
