Further, my emphasis has always been on handling trade booking and allocation for various APAC markets and providing support to the front office on all equities and fixed Income trades. Manage trade confirmation to ensure trades match over CTM /FIX or confirmation delivered to the client within a timeline. Oversee end-to-end new client onboarding to settlement. Maintain client static data like a new account, account details amendment, SSI updating, etc. to ensure a smooth trade life cycle from trade execution till settlement. Liaise with the front office to verify trade economical details agreed with the client to ensure the same details replicate on trade confirmation and in the system. Transition processes from vendor into captive and from Hong Kong to Pune captive. Meanwhile, I handle Exchange reconciliation, investigate multiple discrepancies, and take action on it. Handle front-office and back-office reconciliation through various systems daily and investigate position-level discrepancies.Moreover, I am involved in inter-entity and inter-company reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with the help of Front Office. Maintain reconciliation to ensure special commission approval was in place before cancelling and correcting client trade. Track manual cancel and correction records and discuss with the booking team to avoid manual efforts in the future.Roles required me to track all manual clients who have DL updated in the system to make sure they receive PDF confirmation without any discrepancy. Conduct reconciliation to make sure all external broker give-up trades will be flown from the MO system to the Traiana give-up platform. Regulatory reporting and projects covering HK and SG exchange. Performed research and investigations on all domestic & international trades.Besides, I was involved in pre-matching trades on SD-1 with counterparties for various EMEA regions; unmatched trades are to be identified, researched, and resolved.
