Currently having the responsibilities as a Senior Production Engineer. Key Responsibilities:• Took part as a lead during the startup and commissioning of the entire Facility.• For any troubleshooting and process optimization, give instruction directly to the panel operators.• Handle and troubleshoot the operational problems of gas processing, crude stabilization, LPG recovery and the regeneration systems.• Prepare daily performance summary and recommend corrective actions to deal with abnormalities.• During emergency conditions, direct the correct and orderly shutdown and abandonment of equipment and facilities under direct control. • Ensure that gas and condensate passing through the system is handled safety and expediently, maintaining eliminated spill policy.• Prepare the computerized daily production reports.• Supervises well commissioning and shut in for during emergency/planned shutdown jobs or during ATA at Plant and at the well head.• Prepare and authorize work requisitions and work permits as required for the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities. • Performing Pre-Startup Safety Review’s & Job Safety Analysis for Critical Activities.• Carried out visual physical inspections of equipment on a daily basis to ensure that they are functioning safely and efficiently. • Ensure that fire fighting, rescue, first aid and other related equipment required in an emergency is maintained fully operational at all times. • Producing all the products on the specification as per customer’s requirement and API Modules.• Prepares Safety Critical Devices, Role Statement & Handing over & Taking over Procedure.• Development, compiling and implementing PTW system and JSA Procedure along with the Risk Assessment. After training, worked as a shift incharge in Bobi Oil Complex till nov 2009.Key Responsibilities:• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of various process equipments like Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors, and Furnaces etc.• Daily plant Monitoring and Data Logging of, LPG Recovery Unit, Glycol dehydration and gas compression System section to integrate the plant data base system and to evaluate the key performance indicators.• Planned and directed the regular checking and recording of various flows, levels, pressures and temperatures to ensure they are within specified operating limits.
