- Performing Daily BOD-EOD Activities of total complaints received fromRegulatory Bodies and Resolutions of pending complaints- Maintaining complaints register and creation of cases for the same ininternal application- Preparation of Monthly data for complaints data upload on website(MonthlyCharter)- Preparation of Quarterly and Half Yearly data for Board meeting- Preparing Internal Audit data(Quarterly/Half yearly)- Internal Application testing, finding bugs, coordinating with IT-Developers toupdate and modify the application used to maintain complaintsdetails(response)- Handling Escalation cases received from Regulators,BSE, NSE, Depositories, Social Media and from Senior Management- Driving root cause analysis of all complaints and work with relatedfunctions and stakeholders across the organization to eliminate causativefactors and prevent recurrence- Processing of Claims and Compensation related to investor grievances- Keeping records for invoice/payment details against conciliations for claims/complaints in ODR

Managing and solving Trading(Broking) Members queries for the officialemail of UCI team i;e. Uci@nse.co.in- Updating and saving responses/documents asked for category change forcategory change in UCI- Analysis of SIKKIM based UCC created by trading members and verify KYCdocuments for POA. Follow up on the same with Trading Member's to make sureaddress captured is correct in the system.- Sending out emails to Trading(Broking) Members for incorrectDOB/EMAIL/MOBILE.NO/CATEGORY registered for UCC's to rectify afterverification of the documents.- Adhering to SEBI sent Showcase notices to send to Traders for tradingoptions in illiquid stocks.

Looking after claims fron Individual investors and members of NSE for Brokers which are Defaulter/Expelled from NSE's list.Resolving incoming shareholders/Investors queries over emailto claim shares/amount at Defaulter's Section out of defaulted and expelledmembers in the National Stock Exchange.- Verification of the Shares/amount claimed from the IPFT's fund to provideappropriate amount of the value of shares that the investor hold- Operating NSE's Nice Plus application to verify and move the applicationforward for closure of claims- Sharing and Forwarding investors claims to concerned departments forauditing,concurrence, implementation of payment.- Maintaining data of documents for payment out of IPF's from exchange.

Managing application's from Banking and Financial institutions for their registration in CKYC and looking after their issues faced in day-to-day business. Key role was to co-ordinate between banks for doing CKYC's for individual as well as corporate institutions! I used to also look after technical and functional queries from Banks and used to simultaneously co-ordinate with technical team for support of the same.
