•Supervision of mechanical design facility, inspected layout, equipment arrangement and plant utilities i.e. Thermax boilers , chiller, AHU.• Erection and commissioning of Food process equipment’s.•Reviewed P&ID, Isometrics (Armstrong) and prepared MTOL Erection and Supervision of Piping, Pipe fittings, Flanges, Flow meters (ANSI, ASTM, and ASME),followed IBR codes for erection of Thermal piping lines (Steam line, Food Grade line, chilled water line, condensate line.. •Erection of Pipe Racks, piping supports, Selection of Flanges, Steam traps, and piping fittings, Flow meters, Pressure reducing Station.•Preparing BOQ for project, solving implementation issues and overseeing the complete work procedures of Plant Projects.

• Looks after operation and conducted preventive - predictive maintenance overhauling of boilers, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, air blowers, Heat transfer media, Sand filters used in Utility plants and stationary equipment’s.• Followed contractors for hot work (welding, gas cutting), issuing work permits.• Coordinating with Technical stores for spare parts inventory, planning of daily and shutdown activities and keeping its record.

• Looks after improvement of generated AutoCAD drawings of vehicle structure.• Making new AutoCAD generated drawings considering cost cutting.• 3D modeling of the Vehicle Body Structure using solid edge software for checking the structure and for using it for finite element analysis.• Proper record keeping of all documents by office filing system further.

• Working in production for manufacturing RO pressure vessel 80 series, 40 series• Checking defects for the vessels.• Checking and registering barcode, serial numbers labeling for pressure vessel.
