As the Event Management Secretary of Analytics club, I have done different kinds of work from marketing to technical tasks. I have completed three important tasks for the club:- Partnership with @BOHUBRIHI: I arranged and confirmed a partnership with BOHUBRIHI, an edtech company, as our e-learning partner to give free premium courses to our members. This made our club more valuable and improved our members’ learning experience.- Data analysis & Management: I made some Excel/Power BI dashboard to see our members’ profiles, preferences, and feedback clearly. This helped us to make data driven decisions and make our club better and more satisfying for the next event.- Member recruitment: I planned and carried out a marketing plan for getting new members. I also helped other executive members in using technology to make the recruitment process easier. As a result, we got more than 70 new members in just four hours of the day. We offered an SPINWIN game which gave the students a chance to win a free PREMIUM ONLINE COURSE from our e-learning partner @BOHUBRIHI.- Session with ISHMAM CHOWDHURY: I organized a session with ISHMAM CHOWDHURY, the Vice President of Operation at @Shikho. He gave career suggestions to our members about data analytics in the business and corporate fields.

My Work Summary at Doin TechAs 2024 comes to an end, my journey also comes to an end with Doin Tech. I found the roster-based schedule to be quite challenging. Initially, I thought having the flexibility to change my working shifts would be beneficial, but it turned out to be more complicated than I anticipated. For students, it's almost impossible keep perfect balance on everything. Reflecting on this year, I'm amazed at how I balanced my academics, club activities, job and other responsibilities.Key Highlights:- Hours Worked: Over 1550 hours, reflecting 17.6% of the year 2024.- Overtime: Worked 17 overtime shifts, including a continuous 17-hour shift on July 6, 2024.- Flexibility: Adapted to 21 different time frames from 24 hour, with multiple shifts changes to assist teammates.- Shift Changes: Changed shifts twice for personal reasons and five times to assist teammates.- Work Hour Variability: Work hours varied significantly week to week (standard deviation 30.29%). Check the heatmap and radar chart for detailed visualization. - Technical Issues Resolved: Provided an average of 149 technical support per week with over 98% accuracy. The average month-on-month growth rate was 14.10%, with a peak growth rate of 71.64% in May 2024. Despite the high standard deviation (26.06%) indicating variability, consistent quality was maintained.- Remote Support: Provided an average of 4 remote support sessions per week with over 99% accuracy. The average month-on-month growth rate was 2.27%, with a peak growth rate of 131.25% in September 2024. Despite high standard deviation (52.07%) indicating variability, consistent service quality was ensured.Looking back, my experience at Doin Tech has been invaluable and has shaped my professional growth. While it's true I faced many challenges, I also gained skills and experience in adaptability, problem-solving and teamwork.
