Inventory Analyst
Current• Perform monthly cycle count based on inventory turns and dollar value. Highlight and trigger out of tolerance compounds for investigation. Ensure inventory is updated correctly• Developed inventory ABC classification based on internal and external consumption. Update inventory ABC classification on a quarterly basis• Analyze safety stock and update MRP accordingly • Developed standard operating procedures (SOP) for creating inventory ABC classification• Apply advanced Excel skills for performing various task, analyzing, and generating reports• Perform monthly cycle count of controlled substances and ensure inventory is recorded correctly. Analyze and trigger investigation of out of tolerance compounds• Assisted Inventory Handling team in transfer of compounds from one location to another location and chemical segregation projects to improve overall efficiency, tracking and traceability, visibility, and customer service
