Ltd( An HP Company) as a TEMS - Specialization Infrastructure Engineer from 1july 2010 – till date, where my roles and responsibilities are defined Key DeliverablesCoordinate implementation of Add/Change/Disconnect activities for switched and dedicated services such as voice and data Private Lines, ISDN, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS etc.Circuit Provisioning & Commissioning including inviting quotes, vendor analytics & selection, release of order, Order Verification, tracking of order until completion, documenting and installation.Worked closely with Contracts, Billing, Network Engineers and project teams to insure the overall carrier ordering, implementation and provide documentation for the entire circuit life-cycle process.Keep detailed notes on every install and distributing proper information to all levels of management.Vendor interactions & relationship management (AT&T, Verizon, Level 3, Sprint, C&W, Quest, XO, etc.) Adhering to SLA and KPIs processes for Service Delivery.Understand the Service request; validate the same as per HP standards. If Non-Compliant request for required information to complete the RequestComplete the Order Form and submit the same to the Vendor.Document all the Submitted Orders Route call to next level of support, as required. Review the required Inventories provided. Validate the same for complianceUnderstand the Complex requirement and review the requestor and provision the same through Standard ordering Process. Training Peers on the process and Tools.Coordinate with other Change managers to ensure appropriate communication, coordination and authorization of changes.Assuming responsibility for owning a Service Relationship with all vendors across the region. Managing all circuit provisioning across the US, APAC and EMEA region, coordinating multiple vendors to ensure timely and accurate circuit delivery, within agreed Service Levels.
