Being responsible for Logistics have executed projects for ONGC (SEZ), IOCL, NOCL.  Arranging Transportation of containerized, Over Dimensional and LCL cargo from different suppliers all over world to ONGC site at Gujarat and accordingly for different projects. Performing Custom Clearance for ONSHORE & OFFSHORE consignments with respect to SEZ norms. Handling import of over dimension cargo arriving through break bulk & flatracks containers. Logistics planning for meeting site erection schedule. Managing issues related to customs, RTO, Railways as and when required for smooth delivery.Travelled to seoul for Logistics planning

 Current profile involves executing Global inbound and outbound logistic operations for telecom equipment on SAP P20 environment.  SAP P20: 1 Year of experience in handling shipment in NSN SAP Live environment i.e. Order correctness , Stock availability check , Material Compatibility Check , Purchase Order Handling , Service Delivery Reporting , Stock Allocation, Invoicing – Proforma for shipping & Intercompany billing, Pricing reports Liaison with Country Team, Global Distribution Centre, Sourcing Team, Buyer, Repair Vendor & Forwarder for smooth supply chain activities. Managing Logistic Operations for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Thailand  Adhering to Regional Import & Export regulations  Ensuring Invoicing as per Hardware Services Catalogue & Regional Finance & Control requirement. Visited customer in Nepal, India and operation team in Netherlands to streamline existing process. Weekly MIS reporting to Regional team and Global Hierarchy.Travelled to Netherlands for SCM project

 Handled import project for Vedanta PLC in eastern part of India for steel & power plant. Various activities involved de-stuffing of containers at warehouse & site, interacting with shipping line, customs and transport agent in line with customer requirement RITES LTD: Handled all the commercial aspect of the project i.e. inviting quotations from different vendors, entering into agreement with the customer, invoicing as per contract to management reporting and reconciliation at customer & vendor end. PV Technologies: Import and export of ODC consignment involving route survey, permission from customs, airport & other local authorities. It required detailed study, planning, analysis and execution

 Operation Process Picking up cargo (Transportation) from different suppliers of TATA MOTORS all over India and storing them at Warehouse near to TATA MOTORS manufacturing unit. Milk route pick up  Managing Warehouse Activities like cross docking, consignment movement and storage for TATA MOTORS. Ensuring proper Inventory Management within the warehouse i.e. space management, FIFO, location wise placement of material and documentation. Consignment segregation, packing and palletization. Coordinating with purchasers at TATA MOTORS and dispatching them consignment on requirement with right quantity, right quality, right place and right time hence smoothened the operation process. Always aims to increase efficiency reduce lead time, continuously reduce cost. MIS Ensuring that correct Stock & Dispatch Report goes to TATA MOTOR purchasers and different Suppliers on daily basis. Streamlined & improved data quality of OM Logistics system (ON LINE TRACK N TRACE) over different branches with principle of doing thing RIGHT FIRST TIME.
