Supported research and stakeholder mapping activities on freight electrification programme - eFAST and highway electrification. Worked on pilot proposal for highway electrification.

Worked in the capacity of Senior Manager - Monitoring and Evaluation to streamline project's M & E component. Developed log-frame, refined data collection surveys and prepared M&E plan. Worked in close collaboration with Data and Impact team.

I was co-leading multi stakeholder collaborations, national level program coordination, compliance and monitoring of RAAHI program with zonal and state level teams, other departments of the organization and external stakeholders including donors. During my early years in this role, I compiled key information, data and learnings and restructured to a strategic roadmap for expansion from inception stage to PAN India presence on national corridors- Golden Quadrilateral and NS-EW Corridor. I also revised and reinforced national SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for guiding an operational way-forward in grass root level implementation. Extensively handled range of data analysis, research and report writings for internal and external stakeholders. Aided management's decision making by supporting with monthly national progress report(s) to the CEO & senior management. Conducted proofreading and editing of some critical research studies and white papers. Was nominated as the SPoC of "Donor relationship management group" for stewarding donor reporting, servicing and retention process. Achievements: In 4 years, programme transformed from 8 locations to 40 plus locations and 17 vision centers were established across Golden quadrilateral and NS-EW corridor. Regularized data reviewing, vendor payments, supply review and financial reporting(s) processes on monthly basis. Streamlined and customized online data MIS and software application, this increased the efficiency of field team to 90% in data collection. Planned and executed ready-to-clip model PAN India to increase the effectiveness of project's supply chain to 94% to the end users (beneficiaries). Successfully managed side event of United Nation's Sustainable Global Transport conference, Beijing, 2021. Led successful promotional and behavior change campaigns and supported implementing, branding and communications team for smooth execution.

During this state chapter, I managed grass-root partnerships to ensure effective programme implementation in Uttar Pradesh. I worked closely with different government directorates, nodal authorities and key stakeholder agencies at the state capital for strengthening advocacy & liasoning efforts as part of public health system strengthening strategy of organisation. I provided hand-holding support and guidance to implementing partners in data analysis, report writings, data collection and reviewing mechanisms and prioritising deadlines. From financial standpoint, I reviewed state budgets & expenditures to ensure efficient utilisation of funds for keeping state's programme financial position on track. Compiled documentation efforts for range of reporting requirements from the state including donor reports of some key funders.

Supported in research activities of DFID funded Infrastructure audit project on “Pilot Initiative on Making Public Transport Safer for Women in Bhopal” under Safe Cities Initiatives of the Madhya Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Improvement Project (MPUIIP). Primary responsibilities included:-• Undertaking literature review of good practice case studies, existing policies, projects and programs and analysed women’s safety and concerns in current public transport and public spaces systems.• Developing guidelines to incorporate a gender perspective in public transport infrastructure, services and accessibility.• Undertaking data analysis, data cleaning of base line surveys, post evaluation findings.• Preparing and compilation of reports, presentations and communication material.• Actively volunteered and coordinated in the launch of 'Equal streets' in Mumbai in 2015 - A ground activity fitness campaign by WRI India to address city's challenges - the need to have public spaces for all and sensitise the masses.

Worked in a CSR project- 'ASTITVA' executed by Labour Market Research Facility (LMRF), School of Management and Labour relations, TISS, Mumbai. The project was funded by INDITEX as part of their CSR project. Project 'ASTITVA' focused on studying socio-economic conditions of home based embroidery workers in the textile and garment industry in North India.
