Current Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support. Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects. Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment. Promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate. Creation, deletion and managing rights of users through Azure Active Directory. Responsible for taking care of mail as well as escalation calls. Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues. Follow up with service provider Microsoft, Hp, Lenovo on different issues. Installing and configuring Windows 2016/2019 servers. Maintenance of Domain Controllers assigning securities permission to users. Troubleshoot outlook client issues configured with O365. Scheduling maintenance for IT equipment Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. Planning for the disposal or replacement of IT assets. Maintains records, informs users about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, cables etc).
