- Memmert India Laboratory Equipment Private Limited ( MILEPL ) was established in December 2013 and started operations from 01.04.2014.-MILEPL is responsible to provide sales and service support to customers and distributors in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, UAE, Oman,Qatar , Australia and New Zealand.-MILEPL has a team of 10 professionals providing support to the distributors located in the above countries in order to increase the Memmert business in these countries.-I am responsible for the overall operations of Memmert India and its profitability

- Memmert is world leader in manufacturing of Laboratory Equipments used for simulation of different environmental test conditions like temperature, humidity , pressure, light , C02 and 02 - I joined Memmert India in November 2011 and was responsible for setting up the Memmert branch office in India.- Memmert branch office was responsible for providing sales and service support to distributors and customers located in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan- The Memmert Vertriebs branch office was closed in 2014 when Memmert India Laboratory Equipment Private Limited was formed.

- Jost's Engineering established in 1907 is one of the oldest companies in India. Josts in association with some of the leading manufacturers of the world, provides advanced engineering solutions for some very demanding industrial applications- I joined Jost's Engineering Pune office as Area Sales Manager in February 2004 for the Environmental Simulation Division which is a part of the Engineering Products Division in Josts.- I was soon promoted to head the Environmental Simulation Division which represented many world leading companies manufacturing products used for Environmental Simulation , Vibration testing and Data Acquisition. - I was responsible for the Profitability of the Environmental Simulation Division and lead team of sales and service engineers located in all the Josts offices spread all over India.- I was also responsible for setting and implementing the Sales Funnel process within EPD Division of Josts

- Al Futtaim is one of the biggest groups in the Middle East. I joined Al Futtaim Engineering in August 1998 and worked in the AFTRON Division . AFTRON is Al Futtaims own brand for Electronics products- I was based in Dubai and was responsible for the AFTRON sales in and around Dubai. The range of products handled included Window AC's, Split AC's, Package Airconditioners etc.- I was also involved in the marketing activity like designing of AFTRON catalogue and product promotion-When Al Futtaim decided to implement SAP ERP in 1999 i was chosen as the Sales superuser and was responsible for the end user training and implementation of the Sales module of SAP within Al Futtaim Engineering.

- Blue Star Limited is Indias largest Central Air Conditioning Company. I joined Blue Star Pune office in Sep 1993 as a sales trainee and worked in the Central Air conditioning department.- The job involved heat load calculations , selection of equipment, costing , offer submission and finalisation of orders- I was taking care of the Sales of Central Airconditioning systems in and around Pune and was based in Blue Star Pune office
