Prime Trust is a technology-driven institution that provides financial infrastructure for fiat, digital assets and securities. We enable asset custody, AML/KYC/CIP, customer onboarding, payment processing, cryptocurrency liquidity (DV Chain, Enigma, Talos), transaction settlement, and Crypto Wallet on a B2B2C platform. This all-in-one, financial infrastructure for quick, easy, and reliable deployment enables fintech and digital assets innovators "launch their way". Responsible for technology, product architecture, engineering & operations for the Prime Trust team. Recently, led the team to reengineer existing monolith application to a cloud native AWS Kubernetes, micro services based architecture. Refactored legacy code to eliminate deadlocks, reduce API latency to 1/3rd and reduce database query times by a order of magnitude. Multiple self sufficient engineering squads are now enabled to deliver features rapidly as microservices across a variety of technology stacks.

Architected a scalable & configurable eCommerce platform for the $300B independent foodservice distributors industry. Its innovative multi-supplier virtual inventory catalog empowers food service distributors to significantly increase their revenues & profits by offering a large catalog of food products to their customers without carrying any inventory. - Assembled a development team and built this enterprise SaaS eCommerce platform from ground up- Grew transactional volume from zero to multi-million dollars per year with rave reviews from customers- Product features & technology continue to evolve with consistent monthly releases - Recently released Version 4.0 with a product promotion module that uses Machine learning based collaborative and content filtering techniques to promote relevant products to end customers.

As lead technologist for an outsourced technology services company, I worked with mid to large growing companies such as PayPal, Salesforce, McAfee & DocuSign in helping their engineering & IT teams develop, deploy, and scale mobile and web applications in the cloud.- New Product Development: Conceptualized and led development of several new SaaS products for various startups and early stage companies in very fast development cycles.- Scalable Architecture: Led project to develop globally scalable architectures with rapid failover disaster recovery deployments across 28 data centers. Managed various cross-functional projects to make infrastructure scalable for a rapidly growing customer base.- Performance Optimization: Optimized systems and processes to provide near real time fraud detection analytics.

Recruited to rejuvenate existing software product lines and take the engineering team to the next level of performance. Collaborated with product management and marketing to create multi-year release schedules and then meet them consistently and with high quality.Attracted new talent and expanded the team from 40 to 200 across 5 locations including offshore development in about 18 months. In addition to enhancing existing software products, delivered four new product modules from the ground up. Revenue increased from $20M to over $100M over a 24 month period.Defined a unified technology and solution architecture across the 5 product lines which enabled the company to achieve its vision of a "platform - whole product solution".Led the engineering due diligence for two acquisitions and successfully integrated the acquired engineering teams.

Joined Docent as part of gForce Systems acquisition and tapped to lead the combined engineering team of 54 including development, quality assurance, technical publications, localizations and engineering IT. Successfully led the integration of two product lines into an integrated suite of applications, significantly expanding the product footprint.Re-organized the engineering team, launched several initiatives including Usability, Performance & CFR Part 11 compliance. Introduced new software development processes that led to significant improvements in the quality of the product and reliability of product delivery schedules.

Member of founding executive team that built product organization from the ground up. Hired talent and grew the team from 2 to 25 members. gForce solution was voted one of the top ten training products of 2001.
