JOB PROFILE:1) As a Production Assistant, my primary responsibility is to manage the database of insured clients.2) Data Management- Enrolling the policy and members details in the database and computing premium amount shared by Insurer, Broker and Service Provider as per agreed ratio.3) Quality Check- Validating the policy and members details provided by insurer for impeccable workflow.4) Put control measure to ensure minimal re-print in card printing.5) Generating and issuing invoices for each policy enrollment and new member addition in the existing policy to the insurer.6) Issuing credit note in case of policy or member cancellation and refund the amount with in TAT.7) Reporting- Preparing policy wise members report and policy wise monthly report of income and expenses to assess the financial position of the company.8) Handling Query- Providing end to end solution to Insurer, Hospitals and Pharmacies on policy related query.CLIENT SERVICING:1) Customer evaluation for HNI clients through Live/Feedback calls, maintaining the feedback tracker.2) Responding to general inquiries related to the approval status, Policy details, network coverage and appointment booking for the customers.3) Welcome calls to Dahab members, briefing them about Dahab services and maintaining the daily log.4) Coordinating with the internal team regarding the policy status and updating the member about the same.

1) Working for the third party company Accounts payable AERO US for all vendor queries regarding third party invoices.2) Handle email queries for vendor payment related details for US.3) Strong communication skills and I had to interact with foreign vendors for US region. My main objective is to provide 100% correct payment date for third party invoices and we had three payment cycles monthly , Bi-weekly and weekly.4) Expertise in calls both inbound and outbound calls for all payment queries.5) Co-ordinate with internal team like banking ,payments and invoice processing for all process related queries.6) Accounts payable , PO Invoice processing.7) To perform all months activities like Reconciliation , GRIR and other activities.8) Co-ordinate with procurement for deletion , modification and rectification of PO related queries.
