‒ Responsible for demand analysis, driving and managing the Master Production Schedulefor the tactical horizon (3 to 24 months) ensuring capacity, resources & material are inplace to support agreed demand plan to satisfy the Customer requirements and to keepthe inventory at the next handover point of the supply chain at the agreed target level.‒ Drives supply, optimizes inventory, and ensures demand completeness, accuracy, andstability within the tactical horizon.‒ Ensure materials: availability (Drug Substances, Auxiliaries, materials, semi-finishedmaterials & Bulk) to not affecting the demand & supply plans Biannual update of planningparameters on SAP to secure both demand & supply.‒ Support Sales and Operations 5 steps meetings and ensures that information is cascadedand analyzed accurately throughout the cycle.‒ Ensure supply & launch reliability by sustaining Support market access strategy for all newlaunches Implement NTO Risk management Framework and continue identifying andmitigating risks.‒ Optimize & increase Inventory efficiency. Manage Inventory for all sectors. Support Solids& SSLS PUs to achieve production budget while keeping quality levels. Introduction of NEWAPIs‒ Support the production functions to achieve production budget while keeping qualitylevels.‒ To implement launch work plan to increase the effectiveness of launch process for ourcustomers Ensure strong integration of planning with QC/QA

Job Duties: ‒ Facilitate the monthly S&Op process at site level according to the NOSCCE Core process ‒ Facilitate the Management Business ·Review (MBR) for the Site Head to ensure that a production plan is approved as an outcome, based on clearly state assumptions, with accurate and up-to-date information from all impacted area including options, risks and mitigation actions. ‒ Propose the best supply plan to the SLT for approval during MBR in line with Site objectives. ‒ Facilitate monthly S&Op process for the customers & maintain customer satisfaction level by managing customers demand versus the supply plan
