Job Duties: ‒ Facilitate the monthly S&Op process at site level according to the NOSCCE Core process ‒ Facilitate the Management Business ·Review (MBR) for the Site Head to ensure that a production plan is approved as an outcome, based on clearly state assumptions, with accurate and up-to-date information from all impacted area including options, risks and mitigation actions. ‒ Propose the best supply plan to the SLT for approval during MBR in line with Site objectives. ‒ Facilitate monthly S&Op process for the customers & maintain customer satisfaction level by managing customers demand versus the supply plan

Job Duties: ‒ Support in launching of any new product to go to live on time as the marketing team requires to ensure proper growth rate as planned. ‒ Align activities within the organization and along the SCM, including communication and collaboration with Basel HUB, sites & country organizations to ensure continued supply and avoid stock outs. ‒ Execution of all export orders & to deliver them to the customers on time ‒ Manage the uploading of the consolidated rolling forecast for all customers monthly on SAP ‒ Perform forecast accuracy & forecast analysis for the external & internal customers ‒ Leading data Management team, Assure update all planning parameters on SAP & record the KPI’s for Data Management on monthly basis ‒ Support marketing sectors to achieve sales budget while keeping quality level
