I love helping people. It is my all-time favorite thing. I started my career 14 years ago as a call center agent for an international account, then was promoted to escalation manager. I really enjoyed what I was doing—watching a severe problem get solved.Then, for the sake of my kids, I shifted my career to the education field. Here, I found great interest in helping helpless little kids move up to their teenage years and listening to their problems. Developing plans to help them find their way out became a favorite talent that I mastered.Now, I help them achieve a greater understanding of themselves and their relationship to the world. I pursued my passion and completed a professional counselor diploma with 300 training hours. I have been working as a student counselor for 5 years now, and I enjoy every part of it.
