• Responsible for all vendors invoices• Ensure Function rooms are set according to event documentation • Maintains up to date attendance log for Event Service associates.• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in all banquet operation areas.• Communicates critical information to Event Service Team.• Delegate’s tasks to ensure room sets are “on time” and meet Event Service Standards.

Wedding Planning,Catering Sales, Event Management

• Responsible for the Monthly Venue Verdict & Guest Satisfaction Survey “G.S.S” Report & Chats.• Assists in maintaining the inventory of function room amenities (pads, pens, candy jars, water pitchers/bottled water) and other controllable supplies.• Attends pre-event meetings as needed to understand group needs.• Preparing Weekly Banquet Inspection Report.• Follow up for Group Rooming List.• Welcome & Thank You Letter for In House Events.• Responsible for all Event Direction & Buffet signs.• Handling Event Payroll for Associates & Expatriates.• Coordinating Daily Events as well as Daily Revenue Summary.• Liaises with Accounting Department on Invoices procedures.• Handling Interdepartmental Communication.• Preparing Tourism Letters for all Entertainments.• Follow up with Purchasing Department.• Keeping personal Files, Contracts and Leave Records.• Taking minutes of Department training courses and team meetings as and when required as well as following up on mangers’ assignments.• Taking care of Telephone Etiquette.

• Receiving and Handling all guest calls and complain and try to help them. • Preparing the department Monthly reports.• Responsible for the Annul evolution for agents.
