While working closely with the owner of The Tomato Head, I was trained to prepare everything that went out of the kitchen. I was qualified as a closer in sales and kitchen responsibilities when the head chef closed out. Within this role, I developed a great deal of understanding of the eatery industry.

I was a skilled trainer in the bakery/deli department of my local food city. I was able to perform all job duties that were needed inside the bakery deli. I was in charge of several of the displays on the sales floor, including but not limited to the cheese cooler, homemade candy table, the cold salad display case. I would actively run the register, cook, bake, decorate cakes, and make all of the homemade candy.
