- Providing support to the President & Executive Director- Coordinating and preparing materials for the organization Board of Trustees meetings- Coordinating the organization's Request for Proposals process by monitoring, organizing, and tracking proposal reviews for all submissions- Coordinating research project activities by creating purchase orders, managing project financial tracking, executing project modifications, and managing the report release calendar- Managing internal and external requests to the organization- Carrying out operational tasks such as website updates, general outreach, and conference exhibit arrangement- Scheduling and coordinating organizational events and activities- Serving as AAAFTS's point-of-contact in planning outreach events, forums, conferences, etc.
