• Overall responsible for the portfolio worth ~PKR 10 bln which includes fresh solicitations having facility size of ~PKR 2.50 bln• To manage watch listed accounts which are ~21% of the total portfolio along with other critical credit relationships• Overall responsible for a team, consisting of three relationship managers • To maximize revenue by line structuring, asset building, maximum line utilization, trade business and cross sell (i.e. treasury/cash products/consumer products, overnight float etc.)• To ensure maximum trade business reciprocity through close watch, client calls and by addressing any issue(s) to close trade transactions• To coordinate & interact with various units i.e. Credit Risk, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, Operations, CSC, Trade, Treasury & Legal for resolving any issues being faced by my team. • To provide regular update on operational and financial performance of the obligors & active involvement in early monitoring of credit relationships• To ensure due diligence and compliance with internal and external policies i.e. Internal/External/SBP rating for my unit is satisfactory for calendar year 2012

• To solicit new relationships and manage existing commercial clients based in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan• To maximize revenues by ensuring line utilization & cross sell of trade (imports / exports), treasury and cash products• To manage critical and tricky relationships for timely debt servicing• To prepare credit proposals and address queries raised by risk office to complete the credit approval process• To provide regular update on financial performance of the customers & active involvement in early monitoring of credit relationships• Involvement in facility structuring & documentation preparation• To coordinate with external legal council for security documents’ preparation, registration & perfection. • To ensure due diligence and compliance with internal and external policies• To coordinate & interact with various units i.e. Credit Risk, Transaction Banking, Operations, Trade, Treasury & Legal

• To solicit/build new credit portfolio for newly opened outlet based in Gujranwala – Pakistan • To provide support to risk team for preparing credit proposals and resolving queries raised by approvers• To provide regular update on financial performance of the customers & active involvement in early monitoring of credit relationships• To educate clients about the availability and benefits of treasury and cash management products• To coordinate with external legal council for security documents’ preparation, registration & perfection. • To ensure due diligence and compliance with internal and external policies• To maximize revenue by ensuring maximum line utilization & cross sell of trade (imports / exports), treasury and cash products• To coordinate & interact with various units i.e. Credit, Operations, Trade, Treasury & Legal
