Was responsible for all on going and upcoming projects in Delhi and NCR i.e. Revanta, Aranya, Atharva, Shillas, Navodaya, Vedanta, Highway Arcade.

Responsible for establishing and operating wood joinery works factory that makes fire / non- rated doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, wall paneling, custom made furniture for commercial, domestic and industrial scale. Currently managing 70 employee, in a 10,000 sqm factory area with more than 12 state of the art machines like CNC router installed. Also responsible from initial concept to overall managemnt of two 7 storey towers (192 apartments) in Dubai Industrial Area and a Primary School.

A mix use real estate project worth SR 92 million spread over a built up area of 29,500 sqm included 14 buildings each with 5 storey. As a Project Manager, responsible for over all site management, coordination meeting with consultant, sub-contractors, client, government officials, planning, monitoring and reporting the progress. Prepared monthly reports, monthly payment certificate, analysis of quotations, supervised the progress of contractors and conformity to the specification. Also administered adherence to safety and environmental hazards.

A real estate project worth SR 79 million with a built up area of 18,500 sqm and hardscape and landscape area of 82,000 sqm. Responsible for overall site management, coordination of meeting with consultant regarding technical and monetary issues, planning and monitoring project progress through Primavera Project Planner software. Supervised execution at site according to shop drawings. Prepared monthly site report for client, monthly payment certificate and cash flow, coordinated weekly meetings with all sub-contractors to ensure the smooth functioning of construction activities. Managed expenses, quotations from supplier and sub contractors, and prepared material submittals. Prepared material submittals forms, purchase order for site requirement, checking of monthly payments / invoices for sub contractors.

A hospital project worth SR. 89 million with total built up area of 22,500 sqm with precast facade and hardscape & landscape area of 18,500 sqm. Responsible for overall site management, coordination of meeting with consultant regarding technical and monetary issues, planning and monitoring project progress through Primavera Project Planner software. Supervised execution at site according to shop drawings. Prepared monthly site report for client, monthly payment certificate and cash flow, coordinated weekly meetings with all sub-contractors to ensure the smooth functioning of construction activities. Executed site according to shop drawings and prepared bar bending schedule.
