Recruitment * Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high-level skills in time and negotiation with candidates. * Interacting with the clients for specifications and mapping the profile to the specifications. * Meeting with candidates if required.* In brief facilitating the full cycle of recruitment-initial screening, scheduling, interviewing, including conditional closures, and making offers and reference checks.* Performed detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates. Served as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing processClient Management * Coordinating with Clients and timely execution of assignments. * Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased growth.* Manage Client expectation - Quality Delivery Commitment, TAT, Quantity + Quality Resumes* Follow up with the client on joining dates of the candidates, and post-offer formalities.Projects Handled:* Has handled Senior Level and Meddle Level positions for Retail, IT, Garment Manufacturer and Logistics companies.* Has handled bulk positions for the Retail Sector. * Has handled bulk positions for International BPO.

Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the Retail, IT, International BPO and Garment Manufacture positions of the client.Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information, tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions.Maintain and exceed the defined recruiting SLA'sCandidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills.Should have experience in handling and closing niche skills This position will be more of an individual contributor role with minimal supervision
