I helped bring a wide variety of projects to life that are the foundation of our marketing efforts ahead of Payoff's launch. I led projects that leverage our existing members to build a community of like-minded and supportive advocates. I collaborated with both internal and external members to create original video content that raised our social media presence and SEO.

I led a team of 20 instructors to teach language and culture courses for 1st and 2nd-year university students. In addition, I created marketing strategies to increase participation in our special programs including overseas and domestic immersion programs.

I helped large corporations in Japan prepare their executives for overseas promotions through individualized coaching and corporate training workshops. I specialized in cross-cultural and communications programs to boost Japanese managers' effectiveness in overseas work environments.

I taught English language classes for Japanese high school students and collaborated with other departments to improve the effectiveness of their lessons. I also trained our new recruits and served as the main liaison between our firm and our contracting organization.
