Managing Pneumatic and Electro pneumatic panel projects, mainly for leading High tech digital printing and semi-conductors companies, such as: Orbotech, Nova, HP Scitex, HP Indigo, Landa and others. My role involves: >Facilitating Projects/Products from customer's order throughout the NPI engineering release up to the 1st deliveries and later on throughout the entire product's life cycle up to the product's EOL.> Interfacing with External and Internal customers, providing technical support and guidance. > Leading a cross-functional team, that is focused on the delivering high quality Pneumatic and Electro pneumatic panels, on time and in budget, for the satisfactory of Baccara's customers.

> Managing car's Black functional plastic parts projects, from the nomination up to the serial production (R@R), for leading carmakers such as GM/Opel & Volkswagen.> Validating the part's design, compliance and manufacturability, according to the customer's and the automotive industry restrict requirements.> Transferring parts production from development to mass production sites and sub-contractor sites in Europe.

> Managing Cutting edge antenna projects – WiMax switched beam, WiMax outdoor CPEs, embedded and Land Mobile Radio antennas.> Introducing New materials > New innovative technologies for producing antennas.> Leading cross functional Antenna development teams.> Handling the projects along the full product's life cycle.> Transferring antennas developed in Israel to mass production in China.

> Managing Smart antennas, RF and Fiber repeaters projects. All products were Outdoor units operating in Cellular networks.> Executing FCC Tests and certifications and Operator's Field Trials.> Managing and facilitating the company's Customer maintenance support

> Managing Integration department.> Technical projects manager.> Full customer's support package - ILS,Including: maintenance courses, manuals, training abroad, in customer's places, etc'> Transferring assembly lines to the US.
