-Responsible for growing revenues for payments and cash management for the highest end Global Banking & Corporate relationships of the Bank. -Relationship management at CXO levels to increase wallet share for the assigned portfolio across product categories – payables, receivables, liquidity solutions and FX. -Enhancement of the liabilities book by managing existing portfolio and through new to bank clients. -Responsible for devising strategies to increase the market share of the bank in the assigned segment. -Working closely with global counterparts to drive regional mandates.-Responsible for managing the end to end sales process from deal origination to the implementation of the mandate.

-Responsible for seamless service management for the entire Corporate Banking clients in Northern India through a team.-Driving Wallet share enhancement across product categories in transaction banking – Payables, receivables and liquidity. -Driving VOC surveys from time to time to ensure high engagement levels with the customers.-Monitoring the productivity of team and expansion of manpower linked to productivity.-Cost and resource allocation for the region

-Achieving the budgeted volumes in terms of acquisition of new corporate relationships and retention of existing relationships for the payroll proposition of the bank. -Responsible for increasing the liabilities book for North India for the salaried segment.-Conceptualising and implementing the strategy for driving business across the corporate segment for Northern India.-Maximization of revenue and profitability by driving business for wealth management products – Investments / Insurance.-Driving penetration of bank’s asset products in the corporate segment – Credit Cards / Personal Loans / Home loans / Smart credit.
