Directed under 3 major categories, my key responsibilities and accountabilities pertain towards:1.Generation, alignment and management of reportsa.Exercising daily vessel report, BDI and Bunker & up-to-date agent's details report.b.Cataloguing and establishing of documentation of commercial operation on regular basis pertaining to arrival, departure, noon reports, BDN, SOF, invoice, C/P, LOI, B/L, mate receipts, survey reports, delivery & re-delivery notices etc.c.Regulating records of deck and engine log abstracts sent from the vessels – APJ AKHIL, APJ JAD, APJ KAIS, APJ SURYAVIR. Communicating the same to charterer.d.Formulating voyage performance, customer satisfaction, vessel charter position and monthly earning reports.e.Mapping of records for Baltic Index, Panamax and Supramax values.f.Assessing and establishing insurance premium report for all vessel, hire and bunker.2.Review and scrutinizing of various invoicesg.Reviewing & refining the SHIPNET as and when reports from the APJ vessels arrive.h.Scrutinizing B/L with the mate receipts, charter party with clean fixture and Performa C/P.i.Monitoring & tracking of fresh water taken for APJ vessels. Clear bills for the same.j.Validating & generating invoices of APJ vessels and sending it to brokers & charterers for the receipt of fund and track all records of receipt of fund.3.Coordination between various verticals and clientsk.Co-ordination with agents, brokers, masters and departments to ensure the smooth operation of a vessel voyage.l.Foster for correspondence with the masters, ship brokers and charterer's agents.m.Corresponding vessel coastal and Indian status report for crew salary.n.Checking the chart requirements for APJ ships using the latest chart catalogue & Informing Purchase Dept. about what charts are being issued and where.o.Ascertain fleet and personal about the vessel current position, ETA, ETB, ETC so that they plan for signoff and sign-on of APJ Crew.

Description : The process is classified between Pre - Fixture and Post Fixture process Pre-Fixture: Preparatory procedures undertaken by a charterer prior to fixture of the vessel. These processes are carried out among the broker, charterer, and a number of terms from both sides are put, negotiated & finalized. After agreement from both sides, the vessel is fixed and become ready to ply on seawater carrying agreed quantity of the cargo. Post-Fixtures: Various procedures undertaken after the vessel fixture and leading to a final settlement. . The post fixture procedures are mainly concern with the daily up to date information on vessel status, , the monitoring of the vessel operation etc. this stage witness the payment of freight hire for the intended voyage. This stage is not less important than pre-fixture as it determines the cost effectiveness & profitability of the voyage.
