Team Lead – Accounts Receivable
Current• Ensure the timely issue and processing of invoices.• Ensuring timely collection of payments• Maintain the reconciliations of the relevant balance sheet accounts to ensure theintegrity between General Ledger and the Accounts Receivable Subledger.• Prepare monthly analytical reports to monitor Accounts Receivable, includingmovements, aging, etc.• Provide people leadership through coaching, on the job training and performancedevelopment of the Accounts Receivable Team.• Assist the Manager – Accounts Receivable as required.• Develop a team-based culture.• Develop and maintain procedures to effectively conduct all Accounts Receivableactivities.• Provide information to internal and external auditors.• Identify and recommend continuous improvements.• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulatory requirements including relevantOH&S Legislation.• Comply with internal policies and procedures.
