•Take in charge of both labs in the absence of lab manager.•Lead auditor for IS017025 Internal Auditing and able to conduct management review for both laboratory chemical and microbiology. •To ensure technical and management requirement, internal audit, management review and lab policy for ISO17025 are fully implemented and updated.•Identify, do risk assessment & propose for corrective action for any deviation occurs in labs operation contributing to food safety•Conduct RCA with proposal action plan for any customer complaints related to microbes food safety & quality.•Update weekly global eb & cb reporting and summarize root cause investigation and action plan if any microbial hazards found in the plant. Conduct RCA for any micro or hygiene related issues for the plant. •Review all the completed Certificate of Analysis according to the ISO17025 requirement prior to product being released to the market.•Supervise and conduct training to lab analyst on any method or procedure updates and also on the new test method.•Conduct method validation and implemention of rapid methods. •Microbiological data analysis, trending study and statistics for the laboratory.•Implement the GMP, HACCP, QMS and EMS.•Implement and maintain the Quality Policy and Environment, Safety and Health Policy.•Participate in internal audit program e.g. GMP, FSSC22000, ISO14001, ISO17025 GLP, 5S and WISE audit in the plant.•Involved in ELN Food Safety Control Plan Project and manage projects to comply with the Quality & Food Safety Standards.•Understanding of pre-requisites programs (Pest Control, Traceability, Sanitation)for Baby Powder Manufacturing.•Able to conduct yearly refresher training for the overall plant on topics (GMP, HACCP, ALLERGEN, PEST CONTROL&FOQUAL)•Communicate with Cross Functional team on resolution of consumer complaints and other issues.

•Review and verify microbiological result from Lab Analysts.•Ensure that all test completed on time and prepare the Certificate of Analysis is done according to the ISO17025 requirement prior to product being released to the market.•Assist, Supervise and carry out microbiological test and conduct training to lab analyst on the new test method.•Conduct method validation and implement new microbiological test methods. •Stock culture control and prepare intra-lab proficiency samples for all lab analyst.•Monitor microbiological lab inventory to ensure the material is available.•Sourcing and ordering lab supplies, liaise with equipment and maintenance suppliers•Monitor calibration management system.
