Shamal HiroshaI am a graduate of the University of Kelaniya, where I earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) Degree in Business Technology, followed by a Master’s in Business Studies. My educational foundation includes GCE O/Ls and A/Ls in Commerce from Mahanama College, Colombo 03.I have a strong passion for ERP system troubleshooting, project management, user training, and coordinating with development teams for system integration and implementation. Additionally, I have approximately one year of audit experience, which complements my skills in generating accounting reports and managing operations.
