Including managing multi-project management teams and other team members from across a matrix organization, business partners, channel partners and sub- contractors globally.My involvement in high level research, analysis and reporting skills associated with technical and commercial feasibility of investment proposals and joint venture agreements. Enabled me to have very sound technical experience of project management approaches, techniques and tools including the effective use of strategic planning, risk analysis and value engineering methods.Over the past 3 years working with and assisting in the development / growth of DroneLogbook Australia's SaaS Platform. Which included UI design, testing and workflow development to benefit Australian Drone Service Providers to record, plus track their compliance and drone technology systems Australia wide. With specific emphasis on the CASA RPAS regulations, drone information technology support and consultant advise to clients. Beyond 2020With strong knowledge and experience gained working in the drone industry for past 10 years and past experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry. Which includes planning and control of complex cloud based services infrastructure and telecommunication projects, including large scale WAN network design, unified communications, product development, consulting and QA testing. I will be assisting clients on future projects using 4G/5G LTE network connected Drones for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, develop procedures assisted by AI technology to improve pilots and operations crew workflow for mission approvals and enhance situation awareness of air traffic by using Unmanned Traffic Management Software (UTM) in 2021.
