Performs daily maintenance of company website, shooting products in-house, and editing images for website production for both Dover Saddlery and Smith Brothers. Assisted with the redesign of an outdated website in a record 6-month period of time. Aids in general assistance with website upgrades.

As a receptionist, responsibilities included general customer service such as: greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, creating invoices, informing customers about products for their pets, producing estimates, and filing of all records.As a Veterinary technician, responsibilities included: taking vital parameters, history and notes, taking pre/post operative notes, drawing up and administering varying vaccines, restraining animals for minor medical procedures and radiographs, filling medications, running fecal tests, assisting during routine surgeries, administering subcutaneous fluids, nail trims, baths, and thoroughly cleaning the exam rooms before and after appointments.
