At fassforward, I strive to elevate client interactions and streamline executive coaching workflows. My role includes serving as the primary support for the Head of Executive Coaching and the main point of contact for all Executive Coaches. I educate coaches on the coaching process and coordinate the full lifecycle of coaching engagements—from initial setup to completion.I collaborate with third-party vendors on 360 interviews, Rapid Insight synthesises, and coaching log updates. Additionally, I work closely with Account Managers and our Head of Finance to support new coaching engagements and renewals. Beyond coaching operations, I provide executive assistance to fassforward's Leadership Team, ensuring smooth workflows and effective coordination.With a BA in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Psychology from the University of Hartford, I apply my expertise in strategic communication and interpersonal insight to connect with diverse stakeholders and foster memorable client experiences.Attention to detail, organization, and communication (with good energy and a few laughs in between!) are at the core of everything I do to support our team and clients.
