Shanda Hatcher is a devoted single mother to 3 sons, friend, 4 x consecutive Presidents Club winner, Registered Nurse and Sales Consultant. Spending her entire career in the healthcare industry, her combined strengths in clinical leadership, strategic sales planning, and high-level negotiations have helped patients and caregivers across multiple platforms. Reporting to the President of SLD, Ms. Hatcher currently serves as the Regional Sales Director of the Central US - TX/OK/KS/NE/SD/ND/MO/IA/MN/IL & WI. Her primary concern is with ensuring growth and success of the organization by educating Project Owners/Clinicians, Architects, General Contractors and Engineers on how SLD's Modular Ceiling Structure is designed for zero harm while lowering costs associated with hospital OR renovation and Greenfield Projects. Hatcher's involvement with helping people began at a young age by volunteering with homeless shelters in Dallas and has continued throughout her life. She contributes her time and effort in multiple ways. Most recently, she serves as part of the Faith and Practice OR Team out of Dallas to provide surgical care to underprivileged families in Guatemala. Shanda received her MBA in 2017 while working FT as a single mom.
