I studied architecture at University of Kansas before transferring to the University of Colorado to study Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resource Management. Graduated from CU in 1999 with a B.S. in Business and Human Resource Management. Worked for a landscaping and demolition company throughout high school and college, after graduating from college got a real estate license and started working in commercial real estate for a developer, working on new construction projects and leasing/tenant finish. Moved on in 2003 and opened my own property management and commercial real estate firm, merged in 2007 with a business partner and started On Point Properties, a real estate firm that specialized in commercial real estate and property management I got back into residential design and construction in 2010 when I started Bailey Custom Homes, which specializes in building custom homes and large renovations with the motto "Build Beyond and Build Strong". Building homes is my passion, not my job. My real estate brokerage is called Build Beyond Real Estate and was developed to help both buyers and sellers get the best house they can within their budget and means and using my knowledge and skills as a builder to create a client relationship that will last forever, whether I am building someone a home or helping them buy one.
